How does your made-to-order model work?
To ensure the highest quality and minimize waste, we manufacture our products in small batches. Once you place an order, our master artisans begin the crafting process, and your items are shipped directly to you once completed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our products are handcrafted to order, the estimated shipping date is listed on each product page. Typically, this process takes 8-12 weeks, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return them in unworn, brand-new condition for a full refund or a size exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve international customers in the near future.
What type of leather do you use?
We source only premium full-grain leathers from gold-rated tanneries in Italy and Argentina. This ensures that our footwear and accessories are durable, breathable, and develop a beautiful patina over time.
How can I track the progress of my order?
We provide regular email updates throughout the production stages. Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the final delivery to your doorstep.
